Timeshare similar to Windsor Hills? (Private Pool)

Are there any DVC/Timeshare units out there that are like a condo/homes with a private pool?

We have gone to Dis every year for the past 3 and twice this year. I think there would be value in us purchasing a Timeshare/DVC, but we really enjoy having our own private pool, washer and dryer, and SPACE!

Is there anything out there for us?

still I wouldn't buy in Orlando unless you are buying DVC.

Orlando is a very, very easy trade. You can buy a 2-bedroom elsewhere and trade to it.

the only problem with trading to it - is the 1 in 3 or 4 - you can only trade to it once in every 3 or 4 years. depending upon the plan that is in use.

the other years either use your home resort or go some place elses - RCI trades to the world.

Your money would be better spend in another timeshares in a high demand area - beaches near your home.

If you still want Orlando then go buy one of the condo in WH or a house in the area - but for either I might wait a few years. the bust has started in Orlando but the houses are still not as cheap as they were just a few years ago.

DVC kepts it prices. Disney will use ROFR - right of first refusal. now some people argue that once DVC stops selling DVC then they won't.

my argument is that Disney DOES NOT want anyone staying on PROPERTY for any cheaper than the DVC.

in about 25 years we will see.
