Timeshare Presentation- Vistana Resorts

Did anyone ever book vistant resorts with doing a presentation? I am concerned with what area of the resort your room is in? How was the presentation? Doing the presentation would save us about $300.00. I just want to make sure that we are not put in an old run down section.

I hope so. I just can't seem to decide if we should do it or not. Mostly all the reviews on this board are positive.
