So I have never seen these while I have been on previous visits. Where do you pick these up at in the parks? Are they even necessary now with MDE?

they can be found at the entrance to all the theme parks with the maps & CMs often have some as well. if you're planning on seeing shows & entertainment, especially at world showcase, then I think they are totally worth it, plus character schedules are on there.

You must have seen them, as they are displayed side-by-side with the park maps.

You just might not have known what they were when you saw them.

The Times Guides and the park maps are found in abundance at the ark entrances... and at virtually every shop and sales kiosk (usually at the checkout point) throughout the parks.
