Times for Toy Story AP Preview

On the e-mail it states to arrive 30 min. prior to your sceduled time. My scheduled time is 4-9. Does that mean that I have to get there at 3:30 OR to be prepared to wait 30 minutes when I do arrive? It's kinda confusing, given a 5 hour time window Anyone know?
