Times/Fastpass EE/past few days?

For those of you who have been in the last couple of days or are there now, can you tell me about FP distribution for EE ? I know it probably changes day to day but would like to know if, for instance, most fast passes are for returns WAY later in the day and if they are stop distributing by, say, lunchtime. Recent wait times with and without FP? Going to WDW tomorrow with 3 teenage boys and need to know how hard to push them to roll out of bed early so they don't miss riding!

Last week at 1:00 pm they were still distributing FP's. I'm not sure what the return time was though-
