After becoming somewhat addicted to this site, I have been separating myself a bit so that I can resist the urge to keep adding in extra Disney trips that I cannot afford, lol.

As I look at our family vacation "plan" for the next few years, I want to make sure that I have a sense of when things will be under construction and when new things will be debuted.

So, with that said..........What are the timelines for debut for things such as
1) fantasyland expansion?
2) avatar land?
3) anything else????

Thanks!

As of Right Now the last part of the FLE is set to open sometime in 2014. Avatar land will supposedly start in 2013 and open in 2016.

However this is baring any highly likely setbacks.

I don't believe there is anything else going for WDW right now.

No idea on DLR timelines, as i don't follow DLR.

My understanding of the WDW timeline is:

* Nov-Dec 2012: Most of FLE opened: Circus area (train station, Barnstormer, Dumbo), Little Mermaid, Belle's Castle, Be Our Guest restaurant, Gaston's Tavern.

* Likely spring 2013: Seven dwarves mine coaster

* Late 2016 (probably slipping into early 2017): Avatar-themed land in DAK, presuming they don't break it into stages but open the whole land at once

Figure that there'll likely be some major renovation or new attraction added to Epcot or DAK sometime in 2014 or 2015 to keep the gap from FLE to Avatar to be less than 4 years between major events.

I'll just say this not to argue but so you are aware, I heard from D23 Video's 2014 for the mine coaster

Also, did you mean Epcot or DHS?
