I've been checking daily to find out when we would be recorded at Orange County, and yesterday our deed showed up! So, for those of you who are wondering about the timeline for new purchases direct from Disney...
We signed the paperwork for our BLT points and returned with our payment (personal check) via Disney's overnight envelope on 4/21/10. The deed is stamped 5/10/10 by the Orange County Comptroller. The first day it showed up on the Orange County website was yesterday, 5/13/10. That's a pretty quick turnaround. =)
