Has anyone seen/experienced this attraction? Can you tell me about it? Does anyone know when it is open? I have been 3 times and it wasn't open. I will be there the week after Pres. Week, any chance of it being open?

We finally did COP last trip. I wonder if that will be open again?

:scratchin

My family and I have seen it and enjoyed it. the only drawback is that there are no seats - only lean bars. It's hit or miss as to when it's open. We go in June and it's usually open.

:rolleyes1 The only part I enjoyed was the pre-show. :(

It's only open at VERY peak times and will probably be closed for good sometime soon. But don't fret, you really aren't missing much. It was open when I went during June, b/c Stitch wasn't open yet.

I'm glad I got to experience it, but I will not do it again given the chance--it's kind of stupid IMHO.

Now COP is different, I LOVED COP.

:earseek: I liked the timekeeper. I thought it was fun. I haven't been on it in a LONG time.. every year I go it isn't open lately.

i love the timekeeper. the last 3 trips is has not been open when we go. luckily i videotaped it on one of our trips and now have it on dvd. i just watched it a few weeks back. Not the same as being there, but better than nothing. i hoping it may be open this trip, but i heard rumors of it being closed for good. I hope not!!

Timekeeper was developed for EuroDisney (now called Disneyland Paris) and I believe it is still running there.

I think the film is full of humor, action, surprises and Disney HEART.

Robin Williams and Rhea Pearlman are good "cantankerous" hosts and the acting, effects, score, and "CircleVision 360" photography are top-notch.

Whenever we've seen it, the audiences seemed to "laugh in the right places" and otherwise enjoy the antics of the two hosts and the positive message of the pending future.

Its hard to imagine why it would be so "expensive to operate" that MK keeps it shuttered most of the year.

I consider it a terrific Disney attraction, but, as was said, it looks like its on the way out.

I totally see where you are coming from with this. It's not a bad attraction, and I shouldn't have called it stupid! It's hard to believe I loved COP so much, but I barely remember timekeeper at all. Your post helped me remember what I did enjoy about it.
Thanks!

Thanks for the responses everyone. I guess part of the reason I want to see it is because we did enjoy COP more than we expected to and I thought Timekeeper might be along the same experience.

COP either broke down or stopped to let handicapped guests on while we were inside it and we ended up getting out of sequence in the different rooms. We entered some rooms half way thru their scene and in the last room we were held captive for 2 and 1/2 run thrus! :rotfl2: At first everyone in the crowd was sort of mad but then it went on so long it became funny. People started saying the dialogue with the characters and heartily belting out the song. My now 10 yr. old DS can still sing all the lyrics! :rotfl:
