I am cutting and pasting the following information off of Disneyworld.com:

OPERATIONAL UPDATES
Liberty Square Riverboat: Closed for Refurbishment November 12, 2005
Donald's Boat: Closed for Refurbishment November 12, 2005
The Timekeeper: Open Seasonally November 12, 2005
The Haunted Mansion: Closed for Refurbishment November 12, 2005
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress: Open Seasonally November 12, 2005

Now...am I understanding this correctly that The Timekeeper and COP will be OPEN on this day?

Unfortunately, DisneyWorld.com can be rather misleading. It reads "Open Seasonally _Insert Date Here_" Unfortunately that only means an attraction is categorized as Seasonal during those dates. Typically a Seasonal attraction is only open on the busiest days of the year. A rare exception, the CoP has recently been recategorized as Seasonal, but continues to operate daily. ::yes:: To the best of my knowledge, The Timekeeper has only been open a few days this year (around July 4th.) Since then a semi-permanent meet-and-greet for Stitch, Buzz Lightyear, & The Incredibles has been setup in the queue area. If it were to open again, it would be at the peak days around Christmas. However, I wouldn't be surprised if it stays closed even then. :(

Thank you for your help. I am a bit disappointed though. I am a HUGE Robin Williams fan.

TTFN!

it seems that the timekeeper is permanently closed..
we were there in july, then again in august, then again in september and it was closed all three times..

the Carousel of Progress was open all three times (so it didn't seem to have anything to do with crowds, since the park was totally empty in september)...

yes, us too...and unfortunately his movie in animation (at MGM) is also replaced...
i loved the robin williams movie they used to show there...

The only time we've seen Timekeeper open was during Christmas vacations...this past Christmas it was open, but none of our other recent trips have seen it open.
