What time does the store open where you rent ECV at the Parks? Some Parks seem to be letting people in before open time and "rope drop" is actually inside the park past ECV rental. Just hoping they will open so you can rent it before rope drop. I think this could apply everywhere BUT Magic Kingdom.

The stroller/wheelchair/ECV rentals are open when the first Guests are allowed in through the turnstiles. This takes into consideration both Morning EMH as well as pre-opening tour and dining reservations.

I hope this is still true! We have an 8:00 a.m. ADR at BOG in MK and will need to rent two scooters to make it to the back of the park for the ADR. Has anyone been recently to confirm whether ECV rentals are available for early ADRs?

Yes you can rent before your ADR the ECV rental will be on your right and check in for ADR is on your left

This is an OLD thread -- but yes, the ECV/wheelchair/stroller rental will be open for early-entry guests.
