It has to get approved first. Let's hope that does not happen.
TWC has been "ok." For us Charter was the best. TWC phone customer service has been abysmal. The last time I called because our bill went up $20 the rep got really crappy with me and basically told me nothing he would do for me.
I went to the office with a good attitude and they dropped my bill over $30 per month no questions asked for same service. They will always give you the current "deal." ---which I don't think we should have to ask for.
I have no experience with Comcast and dread it as my email will change yet again.
Good time to make the break and cut cable all together. Cable TV days are numbered anyway. Why pay $100+ a month for a service that forces you to watch commercials? You also can't pick and choose when you want to watch a show. Very poor customer service to boot. The whole system will collapse in the next few years and go towards streaming content.
I have had Comcast for years. The service has been consistently good and reliable. We currently pay $100 a month for high speed internet, cable TV, and unlimited phone calls. I really don't think that's terrible, but we are locked into a promo. I think about giving up cable, but I don't think I'd save much and we like it for the kids, Olympics, etc.
What do you get for $100?
What speed of internet?
How many Channels?
How many boxes?
Does this include DVR service?

Cable: I think 100 channels, no DVR, we have four TVs running, not HDTV though. No idea the speed of internet, but it's pretty fast since I work from home. Phone is long distance and local, plus WiFi access outside the home on XFinity hotspots.
I know Comcast gets a bad rap, and I get frustated with them sometimes, too. But in the Philly area, they are the main game, although Verizon Fios is here too some. But we just had the ice storm run through. We didn't lose our service and my Fios neighbors have been out for a week now.
