Does anyone know when the value time at US? Does US have transportation in the park like the monorail at WDW? We are thinking about going in Nov., I know that is a good for WDW.

There is no need for a monorail at Universal. The parks are just a short walk from each other. If you stay at the on site hotels, you could walk to the parks or take the water taxis to City Walk.
