Time to take the turkey out!

We are 5 days out and if you are cooking a large turkey its a good idea to take it out of the freezer today and put it in the fridge to thaw

binny - where the heck were you before Thanksgiving when I really, really needed you for my large turkey. Unfortunately, I always do a garlic-roasted chateaubriand with cognac mustard sauce for Christmas, so that does not require a long defrosting time. But, if you promise me a countdown clock for next Thanksgiving? I'm on board, sign me up, please....
