Time to make ADRs?

I thought if you were staying on site, you could book starting at the 190 mark, is this no longer the case?

I can answer this one. No, you have to wait until 180 days out but you can make up to 10 days of reservations. That's what 180 + 10 means.

I have read online that you could book on your 180th day and then 10 days worth of reservations starting at that date. When I clarified on the phone with Disney yesterday (4/5) he said I could start booking for my vacation that starts 10/13 in two days (4/7) I asked him if was sure because I have not seen this anywhere. My 180 day mark is (4/16). I have read everything to the opposite online but the man on the computer was insistent. I'm gonna try calling anyway on the 7th (can't hurt) but I'm not getting my hopes up.
