Time to get back to MK for Spectro???

On our trip Nov 06 really want to see Spectromagic--never have and reviews sound great. Without an actual schedule out yet, it seems like there will be one on the Sat night we are there.

The plan is: POFQ food ct early breakfast, do MK, early CP lunch, early CG dinner, then back to MK for the parade----doable timewise??? I know it sounds like alot of food too.

Yes, it is only about a 10+ minute walk from the Contemporary to MK. You could take the monorail, but that might take even longer, since it stops at TTC, Poly, GF and then MK. Of course, it depends on what you feel like doing. What time are you planning CG?

How do you plan on getting to MK in the morning? Are you driving or busing it? If you are driving to MK I would suggest not moving the car from the parking lot and using Disney transporation, or foot power. If you drive to the Contemporary, you will only be allowed to park there while eating, then have to drive back to the MK parking lot. Too much trouble for me.

There aren't any buses or boats that go from MK to Contemporary, so driving, monorail and walking are your only choices.

Thought of a 1030 or 1100 CP, then a 500 or 530 CG. Seems like alot of food in one day but dont want to go to CP earlier and waste park time, and we are used to eating dinner early anyway...

On a Saturday night, what looks like the first week in November, you might get a 9:00 Spectro. So dinner at 5 or 5:30 is very doable. I would count on at the very least 2 hours for dinner at CG, maybe a bit longer.

Just to let you know, we did this just this past Saturday. I would recommend walking or taking a car instead of the monorail depending on when your Spectro time is. We had dinner at 5:30 left around 7:15 took the monorail (which took longer than expected) and was in the park at our viewing spot by 7:40 (ferry had just landed and bag check line was long) for an 8 pm Spectro. So, your plan IS very doable.
