time to fly

at what time domost 2nd breakfest guest start getting to orland airport
we are on a 7 day in oct and need to know when to book my return flight on southwest thanks

You're off the boat and thru customs by 8:30 am. On the bus and at Orlando by 9:30 - 10 am.

We flew out at 11:45 and it worked out really well.......
We were there in plenty on time and were not stressed to rush...

DCL recommends not booking a flight before noon, but many book around 11:00 or 11:30...I would definately not book earlier than that.

Actually, Disney recommends nothing before 12:30.
We barely made our 12:35 flight, NOT because of Disney, although there was a 45 minute wait to get off the ship. But the line for security at the airport was 90 minutes long. We literally walked right on our plane.

Some have made earlier flights, but I can only imagine with the way airlines overbook what a nightmare it would be if you didn't make your flight and had to rebook. I'd say, no earlier than 12:30, and if you get there a little early , have a cup of coffee and relax.

Yeah, I wouldn't risk booking before 12:30. Not worth the stress. Plus, Orlando is a cool airport and you can keep busy for a few hours there.
