I have some friends that are there right now at Kidani, and he told me last night that the pool was open 24/7. There is a gate at the entrance that is locked and you use your room key to gain access.
I think the village pool(s) at OKW all close at 10.00 or midnight. However, nobody comes to throw you out, I think it is more an issue of noise disturbing guests who might be sleeping.
I think the hours change, not sure if it is seasonal. One day when we were at SAB one June/July- they were spreading the word and had signs up that the pool was going to have lifeguards a few extra hours that particular night. It was supposed to be extra hot that day. I don't like to use any pool w/o lifeguards but you definitely could swim anytime (as pp stated, slides are closed).

When we visited yesterday, the lock on the gate wasn't working. They need to fix it.
We thought the pool was a bit small for the size of the resort. The water play area is nice, but it also can get crowded very quickly.
We didn't look very hard, but wondered if there was an elevator or ramp to get up and down from the entry level of the pool area. Those steps are rather steep.
Thanks everyone for all of the great info. We were just concerned because of the hours for SAB. Wanted to see if AKV had any hour restrictions. Sounds like we are good. Thanks everyone!!
