About how long should be budget from Port Orleans to Sea World? From reading here I think we will go to DTD and take a bus over. I need to read up a little more.

From DTD its probably 15-20 minutes by car. I'm not sure where you catch a bus from - I assume you have to walk from DTD to the 535 and get a local bus from there
