Time of flight after NYC debarkation?

For those of you who have flown home after debarkation in NYC, what time were your flights? Many of the choices are for late afternoon. I prefer not to wait around for hours to fly home as all ashore is 7:30am. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I had a 2:00 at LGA and got there in plenty of time, I was on the early breakfast. They actually put me on an earlier flight so I didn't have longer to wait. I took Disney transportation and had no problem getting to the airport despite that fact that LGA was a construction zone. I'm doing it again in 2018 and I will try to book a noon flight instead of later. It was an easy disembarkation for me (although I carried my own bags - again no problem).
