Time of departure from Polynesian to ship

Does anyone know what time the DCL bus leaves the Polynesian and arrives at the port? Last time we stayed at POR and felt we waited forever for the bus. Also what time can you start to board the ship?

The DCL busses start pick up by highest level of hotel - theoretically that corresponds to category on the ship. We were upgraded to a stay at the Grand Floridian on our last trip so we were in the first busses to head for port. As I recall that was around 10:45 or 11:00 am. I know we had plenty of time in the morning for a late, leisurely breakfast.

The Poly is hotel #2. And when we stayed there I recall a pick up of around 11:30 or so. I know in both instances we were at the port before boarding began.
