Time of Day Resort Discount Released?

I have an August stay planned. Should there be a discount released to the general public, is there a particular time that discounts seem to be released?

I usually find the discounts starting on a Monday or Tuesday before 7:00 a.m. I've been watching for late summer/early fall. You might check out the resort discounts codes and rates sub boards on the resort boards. Good information there.
