Time not right

I was not sure where to post this but I have noticed that the time that it shows on posts for me is way off and it's off in an odd way. It is not like it is off by the hour. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks

Go to your CP. Select Edit Options. Scroll down the page to Date and Time. Check your selection for Time Zone and correct if necessary.
