I tried at 8:57 to start calling and the phone was busy?

What time do they open up the phones?

I tried today to get AKV but can't get through. Now's it's 9:07!

It's now 9:25 and I still am getting a busy signal also.

try the 407-566-3800...i gave up on the 800 and got through on the 407
