Time from London to Paris by train

Does anyone know how long it takes to go from London to Disneyland Paris by train or plane?

The direct train service (www.eurostar.com) is just under three hours. Flight time from one of the London airports to Paris is less than an hour, but the train is likely to be quicker if you are already in London as it goes literally to the gates of the park.
