Time from closing until getting email with account info

Hi
so excited just closed on our first contract. We received an email from Mason Title last week that the deal was closed and that Disney would be notified within 24 hours and please allow up to 5 weeks for Disney to complete the transfer. It can take an additional 14 days for points to be loaded. That’s 7 weeks almost 2 months?
Does it actually take 5 weeks to get the email from MA?

They are giving long timeframes - but will likely happen faster.

For me from deed recorded to membership email was 21 days. Took another 19 days to get the points. (Calendar days). That was last year October-November.
