Time from airport to castle

My uncle - who was responsible for the reservations booked through a travel agent. The travel agent had put us in the wrong rooms - there were 4 rooms - Disney couldn't move us without talking to the travel agent - took them an hour to decide to issue us key cards for the rooms. Magic bands worked on the original rooms but the key cards allowed us to open the 'right' rooms.

My uncle thought Disney would just let all of us open any one of the 4 rooms.

Couldn't you just have swapped Magic Bands? Put each room's bands in a separate pile, then have the people actually staying in that room take a band from that pile? Then only a couple of cards might have needed to be issued.

My flight was moved two hours later.

If the plane touches down at 11:30 can we still make 4:15 dinner at the castle?

Staying at wilderness lodge and planning on magical express.

First, I think you'll have plenty of time to get checked in at your resort and make it to MK for your 4:15 dinner. If concerned though, just hire a limo to take your group of 11 from the airport to WL. The cost for a sprinter bus to take you all, including your luggage, will be about $200. Nominal, imo, for 11 people on a Disney vacation.

If you decide to look into limos, I recommend Happy Limos. We use them every trip to and from MCO/WDW.
