You will be able to check daily hours once Epcot opens tomorrow. Hours change day to day so are only visible when the park is open.

If it's not listed separately then I would anticipate it being open full park hours. I've done a number of searches and cannot confirm where you mean by the Odyssey. Sorry, can you please provide more details?
