Time? for first boat to Tom's Island

Anybody know what time the first boat leaves for Tom's Island
If the date matters August, 20th

I'm not sure as to the exact time but i've read that it opens at 10:00 a.m. so i'm guessing the boat leaves at approximately 9:55 or so.. hope this helps some!
