Time for Diamondhead reservations?

Does anyone know what time Diamond reservations open? Is it 6:00 am Hawaii time or midnight the day you plan on visiting. I want parking and entry so that is why I am asking.

I am not sure what time they start, but I went on at 4AM Eastern Time and was able to purchase mine

I’d guess midnight in Hawaii. That’s what it is for Haleakala and for the state parks.
