What time do you go to breakfast if you have the second dinner seating?

Whenever you want..with the exception of the day you leave the ship.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping!
Do you think having little kids at the second dinner seating will annoy people? (They are mainly well behaved but sometimes the baby will let out a load squeal)

There are also lots of children at the late seating as well. This should not pose any problems whatsoever. - Mike

If your well behaved children annoy people by just "being" at dinner they should have their heads examined for picking a Disney cruise...LOL.

Seriously, no. We were stuck with late seating on our first Disney cruise. Our kids were 5, 4 and 3. We ended up loving it. Lots of people with kids choose first seating, but there are stil plenty of children at late seating too. I did choose to feed my kids on deck one night and put them in the clubs during our dinner...but this was purely by choice. It was nice to have one adult meal.

We had late seating when our younger son was six. This was a little too late for him to eat, so we got him chicken strips, pizza, or something from room service before dinner. He was then allowed to eat dessert while the rest of us ate dinner, which he thought was way cool.
