Time difference

You would think I would know by now but I forget. Can someone tell me what is the time difference between us and Florida?

Florida is usually 5 hours behind us, only difference is when our clocks change as they don't change theirs till the week after

We were there in March a few years ago and put our watches back a week early. It took a few hours before we noticed!!

Yeah that was quite good - only 4 hours on our return on Saturday (back to 5 again now) - was great as sunset wasn't until 6:30 or so even in early Nov. I think in the US it's the first Sunday in Nov that the clocks go back.
