time difference

Clocks change here next sat I think. We fly out that day. Can someone tell me the time difference to Orlando please for the rest of our hols. I'm thinking it's -4hours but a friend thinks it's only 3hours. Just want to know for timing calls home

I think it's been only 4 hours since last week as their clocks go back before ours, but it will become 5 hours again next week when ours go back.
