I have in front of me a very bare bones cruise itenerary for our Caribbean west cruise in April. It says we arrive in Cozumel at 10:30am. Is that Cozumel time? I thought it was central time and figured we'd be walking off the ship about 9:30. I booked the 10:30 dune buggy excursion. If I messed up, I have some calls to make ASAP.

I think the posted times are the "local" times.

Did you book your excursion through DCL or independently? If through DCL then 10:30am is the time you meet, usually in one of the lounges onboard. Then you follow a CM down to deck 1 to disembark.

If you booked the excursion independently, then you might need to look into changing it.

Thanks, that's exactly what I thought. Yes, it was independently. I'm going to take care of this right now. Whew, I'm glad I caught this early. Thanks for your help!

It is local....remember if you are central, you have a time change in Florida and if I remember correctly one more at sea.........

Okay, I just called the place and the representative said they book Disney passengers all the time and answers this question several times a week. We will be off the ship Cozumel time 9:30- 10am. She assured me I don't need to worry. We'll see. :confused3

The ships time and the local time remain the same all of the time. This applies to DCL. Other cruise lines don't always change ships time to local time but Disney does.
