I did just o.k. this time:

After that we split again, I promised lauren we would go to Toontown for rope drop to see the princesses. It’s so frustrating, I never understand when the rope drops in Toontown. Seems like it’s 9:40 daily. I asked a CM and they told me 10:00, so at 9:50 when we got there I was surprised it had already dropped:

Oh well, I promised her we would wait. On the way Lauren wanted to pose in front of her DREAM home:

The Princess line was only 15 minutes:

The fairy line was 50 minutes, so I was glad we were in the princess line.

When we got inside it was like we hit the jackpot, Cinderella, Aurora (sleeping beauty) and Belle were in there, SCORE!!! I wasn’t blown away with any of them, they were just your “average” princess, but Lauren was in heaven!

After that, lauren really wanted to see Mickey so we headed to the Toontown tent:

Well, the line was kinda long and it just wasn’t moving. I asked the CM how long the wait was and she said “well, it’s supposed to be 15 minutes, but it just isn’t moving is it!?!” At that time my phone rang, Tim and the rest of the crew were at Splash Mountain (my FAV. Magic Kingdom ride) with a minimal wait, so we ditched the line and headed their way. I saw the train and thought that would be a great way on a HOT day to get to Splash:

Well, that was a mistake, I forgot it stops at Main Street first, THEN Frontierland, and the train was running SO SLOWLY. Oh well, EVENTUALLY we made it to Splash, they had already gone while waiting forever for us, so everyone except for Diane wanted to ride again:

Couldn’t wait to ride it, just LOVE this ride!

After the ride we caught up with Diane who had run into Laura (Iluvxu on the boards) and they were talking, I have met her several times since we live so close to one another but was glad Diane was able to meet her, looked like they were having a good vacation. We said our goodbyes and moved along.
Tim had collected Fast Passes all morning and hadn’t used any of them yet, we had them for ALL of the mountains!!!

We decided as a group we all wanted to see Philarmagic, so we headed that way. While we were about to go in Eric and Diane headed to the restroom and I spotted Mary Poppins AND Bert!!!! So we stopped into that SHORT line, Lauren was thrilled!

The interaction was great, just loved them:

Then it was Philarmagic time!

We were really hungry after that and Cosmic Rays was close, so we headed that way. LOVED the KIDS table at lunch:

After our bellies were full Eric and Matthew had wanted haircuts at the Barbershop “Harmony”, well Tim decided he wanted one too, so they headed that way. The kids and I took a ride on the Transit authority:

Then we headed to Main Street to see how the haircuts turned out, we saw the Mayor on our way:

SERIOUSLY, doesn’t that guy have the BEST job!!!! I want to get paid to stroll around Main Street as a celebrity, HEAVEN!!!
Then we stopped to see the Dapper Dans I had never seen them before and they were SO entertaining and sucked us in (even involved Lauren in the show):

As we were into the music I got a call on my cell from Bryan telling me they were finishing up Tim’s hair and to come quick, so we ran over there.

Got there JUST in time to see him get pixie dust :

They got him GOOD, it was great. Well, at this point Lauren got a bit jealous and the guy was AWESOME and gave some to Lauren free of charge:

After the awesome barbershop experience we headed to the bus stop. The bus driver let Eric “drive”:

When we got back to the room we were pleasantly surprised. As DVC members we get full housekeeping service on day 4 and towels/trash on day 7. Today was our full day and they went all out with the kids stuffed animals and they were thrilled:

We got our suits on and headed down to the pool for some pool time:

Tim and Bryan hit the gym together so Diane and I swam with the kids. At one point she headed to the bar and treated us to some Pina Collada’s (what a GREAT friend), it tasted SO good!!!! Then we went upstairs to get ready for dinner at OHana’s with our friends, good times to come, so stay tuned!!!

I never got my hair cut from the barbor shop but I have heard nothing but good reports about it. I think I may have to give it a try next time. It looks like a lot of fun!

Splash mountain is one of my favorites too. I love the fact that is actually tells a decent story and is roughly 10 minutes of cool down. It is great.

Awesome planning on Tim's part of have fast passes for all three mountains at once! Wow!

Wooohooo! Lots of great updates! You made me so excited for our early MK day. We are more 'get there late, stay really late' people, but this time we have an 8:05 ressie for CP, so we should be done and in the park right at or soon after opening. Seeing all that you got to ride that early made me SUPER excited!!! Oh, and I love the Buzz picture with the headless kids

Me too! Great day at Magic Kingdom. So nice to see Lauren get to visit Minnie Mouses's house before the new construction starts. Was there any construction of the new fantasyland? Looking forward to reading more ......

What a great looking day at MK!!! Hardly any waits...what better way to do MK. I guess it really pays off getting there for rope drop. It looks like you and Laurent had a good morning meeting characters. I laughed so hard when I saw the picture of Lauren and Eric...you totally couldn't see their heads. LOL.

The hair cuts came out good and I especially like that Tim got the Pixie Dust and it was really nice of the Barber Shop guy to give Lauren some Pixie Dust also.

Nothing like some swimming and Pina Collada's! Looking forward to reading about dinner at O'Hana's.

Great Update! Your trip reports are always so fun to read! When were we at Disney last month we got my sons first haircut at the Main Street Barber Shop...they gave him mickey ears with my first haicut on them, a certificate for his first haricut, tons on Mickey stickers! They were great!!

Great update as usual, had to catch up on the last two! Cannot believe how much you guys got done and how dead the park was. I absolutely love Peter Pan's Flight and it's always sooo busy! Not that day though! Love the mountain of mountain FP's. Nothing sweeter! I was looking at the picture of the kids with the Mayor and saw the word "Seriously" and I thought you were going to say "Seriously does a kid have to be picking his nose in such a beautiful picture of my children?!" But no it said "Seriously what a cool job" or something similar Made me laugh. Those Pina Colavas were sooo yummy, kinda like Kool Aid, yum yum

Isn't the barbershop fun? How sweet that they gave Lauren some pixie dust as well! I think they do the colored hair gel, with pixie dust, for very, very cheap...maybe $5 or so?

Whew! All caught up!

First of all, that Dole Whip way back at the beginning made me want to lick the computer screen and I just had one Friday night....
How fun that you got to spend time with friends from home at AK, (Lauren and Tyler were so brave to ride EE in their own car), then meet up with Diane and Bryan that evening!
So many fun memories being made with your families!
