Well got in at 25th in line and now at 5th... maybe ill finally get the pin im dying to get

Let us know how it goes! I started trying at 8:25, and just now got in the queue. Of course, the game crashes every 20 to 30 minutes for me, and the last time I logged in again was at 8:36, so... yep, watch me get to 1st in the queue and DC.

A lot of people must be having this problem because one second I was 44th in line, and about thirty seconds later I was 27th. Sigh. Is it just straight trading, or is it the thing where you have to hit a triple or home run?

Good luck getting back in the queue and getting your pin! I'm sure I'll be commiserating with you about the dreaded DC shortly (currently 17th in the queue).

Well I've been trying for half an hour so far today. The last 2 times they did this I never got into the queue at all.

Oh man... my connection managed to last for forty minutes and I GOT THE PIN! Ah!!! Someone may need to come scrape me off of the floor in a second though. I take back every bad thing I've ever said about AOL dial-up. Well, on second thought...

Thank you Phinny. And there was a new host there named Lily. Guess what happened to her. She dc'd! Can you believe that even the hosts can't make this work!

I only took almost two hours, but I guess it's worth it!

Update: My mom just got in the room to trade about five minutes ago, and with 3 or so people in front of her, all that Phinny had left was 3 zebra pins, 2 toucan pins, and then tomorrowland pins (I believe it was the ones buyable recently). She got a zebra pin, and she was very excited about that. Just wanted to let y'all know so you don't spend a bunch of time in line only to be really disappointed.

I eventually got in line, got in the room and was able to trade for the Tiki pin. Holy cow! This was my first time ever to successfully trade with VMK staff! Don't give up cat, it can be done.

I watched Mr. LasagnaChef wait almost an hour in line. He got in, and the river start was replaced with a palm tree. After everyone on the river was gone, LasagnaChef complained and Phinny said "we ran out of tiki pins an hour ago". I was like, omg! Why did you still have the room open then?

Well, this game is making my head explode! The other day I go, after a long while of waiting in a huge line, and what? The last Tiki 1963 Pin was traded to the person in front of me, and I could just trade for a Lion Pin of which I already had some copies, so it was as trading for nothing. Today I wait an endless while to get into the room and what do I find? CLOSED! I think that if they decide to close the room, they should make it bump off the guest rooms list and not allow anyone else to do the queue, and once they are done trading with the lucky people that got in the queue, they can leave. I find it annoying that after a huge wait I find a closed room! Despite that, people who own this pin are asking lots for it, which it isn't really worth, as there are many copies out there (100 pins are handed out per day such rooms are open) and this makes it impossible to be offered to!

I sure did! I dc way too early! If the dc timer was running the way it
usually does for me, I would not have had any difficulty trading.

I managed to get into the room later, but by the time I was in line,
Phinny didn't have any pins I wanted to trade. Oh well, there's next time.
