I might be reading this wrong but...they have the incident report. The alleged "punch" occured at approx. 1230 hrs and wasn't reported until 2200 hrs. Isn't that a difference of 9 and a half hours? Also states on the report that extent of injuries was NONE. Personally...methinks someone is trying to get a free vacation.

I didn't see the video but I can't imagine that a person in costume would hit a guest on purpose. The person in the tigger costume may have been having a costume problem or the guest may not have been in his line of sight. The charecters know that people are always photographing them so they would be very careful. I think it was an accident and the guests are trying to get something out of it. IMO.
