I thought this was going to a lawsuit?

I, for one, consider this another prime example of how the Government is vague in how people can sue each other for the sillest things. The family is looking to gain money from this -- they can't honestly think the kid was doing nothing.

The teenager is laughing and the entire time he has a smile on his face. Oh please don't try to convince me that the hit was hard!! Lol! C'mon now!

The dad used the term "clocked" when referring to how Tigger hit the kid...paw-lees!!! Tigger merely tapped the kid on the cheek and pulled his arm from behind him.

When Tigger turns, you can see something hanging near the neck a little...possibly a zipper? The kid could have been attempting to do something he shouldn't have and Tigger was only trying to stop the kid. Now, if the kid fell down and cried, there is another story.

Also, the father's way of talking clearly indicates they are in it for the money. He even said he got angry at the kid at first -- then "suddenly" changed his mind.

i think the kid said something to provoke him. even though he says he did nothing.

I agree, that the kid was trying to unzip him or something, why else would Tigger pry off the kids arm from around him?

I have to agree with what everybody is saying. If you look closely at the pictures, the boy does have his arm behind Tigger the entire time. He also has this look on my face that I can't depict. Its like, foreshadowing something. If the boy was about to take advantage of finding the back zipper, Tigger had every right to defend himself.

Now, I'm not saying that Tigger should hurt someone, but he could try to step away or wave his arm. Maybe Tigger meant to wave his arm instead of punching the boy. I don't know myself, but I would think its hard to see through those costumes, especially if you're trying to defend yourself.

I read somewhere once, relating to the comment about tigger molesting a girl, that Thsoe costumes are very difficult to see through, you can basically jsut see forward thats it, it has to be a bit difficult to manuevuer around.

That is why the CMs are with them (partly) so that they can help guide them. Technically, they would not be able to see a little kid run directly in front of them. That is why most of the "masked" characters are standing still. (Not saying they don't walk around -- but most stay put).

I'm beginning to wonder why Tigger's CM is not doing anything to handle the situation. Maybe he didn't notice. . But that's not good enough.

I am sure the CM got involved after. The time span of the clip is very short and doesn't show everything.
