I agree, I think the Mom thought this would be a good way to make some money from Disney.

There are truly children who are abused everyday in their own homes or by others and we have to focus on a guy in a Tiger suit with oven mitts for hands that may or may not have placed in his hand in an inappropriate place. Those Characters take hundreds of pictures daily. They just throw their arms around you and pose and move you along.

The Mother was probably hoping that Disney would settle out of court with some hush money and she would walk away happy.


Strange case...

According to an artilce at one of the Orlando newsites, they filed a lawsuit before they reported it to the police....odd. And I think the pictures were just of "Tigger" with other guests. The defese is going to bring up that it can't be proved who is playing Tigger. Hopefully it will be over soon before Tigger's rep is ruined anymore. I know one day walking through AK I heard a family talk aobut going to see Pooh and friends and the dad made a comment about not letting his children see Tigger...how sad.

I agree with Esmeralda and pretty much everyone else here, this poor guy is being accused because this stupid woman is looking for money. She thought that Disney would just pay and that would be that....

I feel so bad for him, he has lost so much just because someone decided to be greedy!

And that guy at AK, what's with that?!!! People are so amazing sometimes!

I think this family is trying to make a quick buck.

I hope they don't, and they get charged the court costs for wasting the courts time. Then I hope the guy countersues them and gets at least something for lost wages and emotional distress of having his fiance leave him.

I agree 100%, my daughter did the college program and was fortunate enough to be 10 different characters, when she heard this story she said no way was it possible....

oh and about your sig picture it looks like that Mickey statue is trying to grab your butt,,,,perhaps you should sue.....LOL
