They will probably come up with a large settlement offer for him that he probably could not afford to refuse.
From a pure technical standpoint the least they would have to do was consider him to have been on "administrative leave" since his last day of work, entitled to full pay and benefits, as if had had continued working his normal schedule. They would have to give him all his back pay.
I don't think they would have to give him his exact job, however.
From a realistic view, if he forced the issue for them to take him back, he would probably be fired "for cause" within a month, and the cause would be well documented by Disney.
