Typical fast food – we love our refillable mugs. One suggestion is if you order a personal pizza, make sure it cooked fresh not taken out of the warming bins, it makes a huge difference.

Cinderella’s Royal Table
This is one of our very favorite meals each trip. The characters this time were, Belle (in the lobby), Cinderella and Prince Charming, Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Alice. The food was wonderful as was our server. We especially like that they bring the food to you.

Boma’s
We wanted to try this new restaurant and we were not disappointed. While it will not make our “every trip” list, we did like the food. The AKL is absolutely beautiful and we arrived early and listened to one of the story tellers before checking in. We found that most of the food had a little extra spice to it, but nothing we couldn’t take. The desserts here are especially wonderful.

Sci-Fi Café
This was a nice surprise for us. We had already tried 50’s and wanted something different at MGM. The food is nothing out of the ordinary, basic burgers, etc., but we loved the atmosphere and eating inside the car. The one thing we noticed is how quiet the entire restaurant was. Our desserts were the best part of the meal – I suggest the oreo cheesecake!

Restaurantosaurus
We ate here for a quick meal while at AK and loved this place. The Happy Meal is the best value in all of WDW. It’s the basic “4 piece” meal, but it comes with a premium dino puppet that would easily run $5 in the Dino gift shop. We all liked the toppings bar here as well. Good food for cheap.

Mama Melroses’
We have eaten here before and really enjoyed it. We took my parents to this one as part of the F! Dinner Package. It worked great for us. Our server was really great and treated my Dad just wonderful, he’s very hard to please! We opted out of dessert, even though they are great here, but instead had ice cream at F! about 2 hours later. This worked well.

Crystal Palace
This is always one of our favorites. We have eaten here several times and each time we love it. The character interaction is wonderful as is the buffet. We usually get the last breakfast seating and love that the place is almost empty. This time a big rainstorm was moving in and they rushed in to seat lunch and we felt a little cramped and rushed by other times comparison, but we still loved it.

Mickey’s Backyard BBQ
This was a huge letdown. The food is fine, basic chicken, hotdogs, salads, baked beans, etc. The band is also pretty good. The character interaction is terrible! The way the characters appear is three times throughout the evening, for 20 mins at a time and you just line up and get an autograph and picture. It’s no different than if you saw them in the park and just got in line. The other problem with this is this all takes place on the dance floor, so you can do nothing else but watch kids stand in line for this brief encounter. The characters were Minnie, Mickey, Chip, Dale, and Goofy. Each line would immediately get 25+ deep when they arrived. I’m not sure about other ways to do this, but this simply didn’t work in my opinion.

Beaches & Cream
We ate here late one evening after our Illuminations Cruise. It was a nice treat. The burgers are some of the best ever and the onion rings are to die for. Later in the week, we splurged for desserts while out by the pool and they were wonderful too.

Coral Reef
We had lunch here during our Epcot day with my parents. Everyone loved the food and especially the atmosphere. It was so relaxing to watch the fish, sharks, turtles, and stingrays swim by as we ate. We had great service as well. I do feel this was a very pricey lunch at $70 for our family of three (we did have desserts, but still a lot for lunch!)

McDonald’s (Downtown Disney)
We ate here for convenience, it’s a basic McD’s just huge. We like the separate line for quick desserts after your meal.

McDonald’s (near the All Stars)
Had a quick breakfast here as folks were checking out and heading back to airport. Basic McD’s.

Spoodles
This was our very best meal in the entire two weeks. We had Sunday Brunch here after checking into the Yacht Club. We strolled along the Boardwalk and enjoyed the shops along the way. This meal is outstanding! The foods were breakfast and dinner foods, brick oven pizzas that were wonderful, about 8 different kinds of salads, and complimentary mimosas! Now, I could have skipped all of this and went straight to the dessert bar – oh my goodness!! The best and richest desserts ever eaten. There was a strolling musician that came to each table and the service was out of this world. We had to go back and take a long nap before completing our day. This is a must do from now on!

Chef Mickey’s
We always eat here and it’s always fun. The food is the same and we love all the great character interaction. We find that we prefer to eat in the dining room that is front, Emily likes to see the monorail as we eat. Characters were Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Chip, and Dale. My favorite is the parm potatoes.

Hurricane Hannah’s
This is a nice poolside grill at the Yacht Club. We had two lunches here and they both were good. Each meal comes with chips, but they substituted fries with no additional charge. The fries have a nice seasoning on them as well. The cold club wrap was a favorite.

O’Hana’s
This was a last minute decision to eat here and it was nice. Our server (Cousin Paul) could have been better, but the food was good. You are served your side items in a lazy susan type insert for your table. It has rice, vegetables, salad, wontons, chicken wings, and a couple of dipping sauces – one so spicy we couldn’t eat it, the other so sweet and great we could eat it plain. They then bring the meats, pork, steak, turkey, and shrimp around on skewers and serve you. This is one place I felt like Emily ate $10 worth. She loves shrimp and ate at least 10 of the largest shrimp I’ve ever seen. They also played little games with the kids throughout the meal. We liked this and are glad we tried it, but it won’t be on every trip.

1900 Park Fare
This was a fun meal, mostly because of the characters. They were Mad Hatter, Alice, May Poppins, Pinnochio, and Gepetto. We loved the Mad Hatter and he spent lots of time with Emily making us all laugh. The food was ok, nothing extrodinary (we prefer Crystal Palace’s food we think). We did feel the place was large and crowded. We like the face characters and would go here again, but not every trip.

We had a 10:30am seating for an early entry morning. Our plans were to be at the park right at 7:30am and hit Fantasy Land, Toon Town, then hit Splash Mtn. just before walking back to breakfast - it was too crowded to get all that accomplished (it worked in January). Good luck.
