Tiffy's Restaurant (across from Disneyland)

I've been looking at different restaurants around Disneyland and was wondering if anybody's ate at Tiffy's restaurant and what your thoughts were.

It is standard family restaurant fare, but my family and I like going there. The food is good, and the menu is HUGE! Unfortunately I personally haven't tried very many different things on it, because my weakness is their turkey BLT with avocado. YUM YUM! They also have a variety of homemade ice creams and ice cream desserts. Each table has a peg jump game on it, which is always fun to play, there's an old fashioned player piano that's fun to watch and listen to, and the walls are adorned with old pictures of what the Anaheim area used to look like before Disneyland, and while DL was being built.

I never hear much about Tiffy's on the boards, and I wonder why. I don't eat there every trip, but I still consider it part of the Disneyland experience!

When I've heard of it, it hasn't been in glowing happy terms like Diznygrl had!

Also, it's really not across from DL. If anything it's more across from DCA, but you can't get there easily or quickly from a park. Just in case you weren't looking at a map and were going by what, perhaps, Tiffy's said about their location...it's not really across from the park, even though it geographically is.

Yeah, that's true, it is a bit out of the way...definitely not "across the street". If you're near the Disneyland pedestrian entrance, it's quite a walk.

Reviews are mixed, just like any restaurant. I've read favorable ones as well as not so favorable ones. I guess it just depends on your taste, as well as other individual factors that may or may not be going 'right' on your particular visit (good/bad server, good/bad cook, etc.). I've never had a bad experience there, but some people have.
