Tiffins: yay or nay?

We had an absolutely off the charts amazing meal at Tiffins. I can't wait to go back there on our next trip!

Tiffins is one of my top 3 on property restaurants. I always find the food delicious and with the exception of one time, the servers have been outstanding.

Been there 5 times, all excellent meals. So a yes from us!

We've gotten this on our last few visits too (again, for being multiple repeat guests) and it's SOOOOOOO good. I love how they acknowledge repeat guests. No where else we've been has done that, granted we've not done any Signature as often as we've done Tiffins, maybe that's the difference. All others we have been to as often are just regular TS, like Yak and Yeti, Mama Melrose or Via Napoli.
We got a similar thank you at Cali Grill our last time there, but that's the only one. We used to do Brown Derby every trip (but now we don't do HS often) but never had anything like that.

Best in-park meal I have ever eaten. As good or better than almost all WDW Signature restaurants. This is one of those restaurants that is "real-world good" and not just "good for Disney." The octopus appetizer is an all-time favorite.

NOTE1: Tiffins is located within the Animal Kingdom park, and is a Signature Dining experience. The atmosphere is fresh and light, and (surprisingly) the noise level is acceptable. Although new, we found the service a little slow and uneven for attentiveness. The place is almost "Snooty" or "Uppity" when thinking about SERVERS and service, and I have no idea why, as it is not very crowded, and SERVERS are actually transferring to other eateries since the crowds and tips are so low.The prices were higher than we would guess, but it is a SIG within a park, so WDW figured they can charge anything they wish. Even if you are a chocoholic, pass the South American Chocolate Ganache dessert.
.
NOTE2: As opposed to other better WDW eateries, one cannot order "restaurant" food at the Nomad Lounge bar. Only the "bar menu" is available.
.
NOTE3: I know the new manager of the eatery, and unfortunately never saw him move among the diners. This is something I would expect at a Signature restaurant. What a pity. He should have seen what was happening and talked to the other guests who had complaints.
