Tiffany vs. FL Tours & how much to tip?

We are a party of 2 and I'm ready to request a towncar from airport to ASMu, and back. Tiffany's website states the gratuity is not included. Is the gratuity included for FL tours? What amount should I tip them?

I hope it's not too late. We are going March 17th.

On Fl Tours the tip is not included...

We usually tip 20% total - 10% each way.....
