Just wanted to say we used them again for our trip Nov. 27-Dec. 3rd. We requested the van and Berkley Edwards. Sergio picked us up and was prompt and efficient. He sure does not speak alot and he told us Berkley is no longer with the company. We were so sad to hear that. Anyone know what happened to him? Sergio was also there to pick us up promptly and take us back to the airport in about 30 minutes. Some little girl had left a few things in the van that my ds gave to him and he seemed surprised.

Berkley is an amazingly wonderful person! I am so glad that I found this thread...I will email him and see if he will be our driver in January.
