Any recent Tiffany experinces good or bad? Tiffany is double the cost of Mears Connect for my family. We are not taking advantage of the grocery stop. Looking to see if it's worth that extra $100 or if we should just use Mears Connect. We do not want to use Uber or Lyft and prefer to have something set up ahead of time.

We had a great experience in January, but nothing is worth double the price to me.

We use Tiffany every trip. Used them 5 times last year. Last time was for the October 1st weekend. We like going directly to our hotel, not having to make other stops along the way. And we are always worrying if we’ll be at the airport when we want to for departure. Tiffany is always at least 5-10 minutes early. For us it’s a much more relaxed way to end our vacation.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with a shared shuttle on a trip to Disneyland many years ago. We’ve used private towncars ever since. That said, the Mears reviews I’ve read have been good so far. If they stay that way, I might consider using them to get to the hotel. But I would still take Tiffany back to the airport.

Glad to hear you're happy. We are using Tiffany for the first time this year. Yes, it cost more, but they will pick us up by SW baggage claim. After our last trip, dragging luggage from SW to where ME was just about killed us. Plus we aren't getting in until 7 pm. We are using the grocery stop to pick up something for dinner, go to room , eat and relax. And , for us this is important, climbing those bus steps are getting harder.

We used them round trip in October, as we prefer private transport. Fabulous experience. Van was spotless, driver courteous and helpful. We didn’t do a grocery stop.

We used them last November for the first time and LOVED that they were right there waiting for us at baggage claim. I know you said you won't use the grocery stop but it was super convenient - and we zipped right to our hotel without 2 or 3 other stops before us. AND going back to MCO was a breeze!

We've rebooked them them our next trip in March and will book them again for our trip in October.

They're our new transportation to/from MCO and Disney!

We used them in November and the experience wasn't terrible, but it wasn't as good as I hoped. They said the driver would meet us at baggage claim but he wasn't there. We waited a while and then called the company and we confirmed with them that we were at baggage claim. The driver finally appeared walking toward us and acted a bit frustrated, kind-of walking ahead of us and not talking. Then, as we were on the highway the person I had previously spoken with from Tiffany Towncar called me and asked me to give a message about the next pick-up to the driver. She indicated she couldn't call him since he was driving. I didn't mind giving the message but it was all a bit odd. We will likely try a different company next time.

(Edited to clarify who called us)

That was odd. We have used them for multiple trips a year for more than a decade. Never had anything that bizarre happen.

So far so good with making a TT reservation for April. they were friendly and accomodating. Helped me double check my resvr- which i had incorreclty listed a 0230 am pickup. All said, it wil be $185 for roundtrip in a mini van (5 ppl, 1 booster seat, and 5 pieces of luggage). The extra $ was for early am pickup at 0430am...ugh (to the crazy early part not the $)!

Anyone doing a grocery stop, are you doing curbside pickup?

I’m using Tiffany for the first time in March. They have my pick up time listed for when my plane is scheduled to land. I’m worried that the driver will be there too early since we have to go to baggage claim first. Do you think I should call and get my pick up time changed or is this normal for them to schedule it this way?

This is normal to list your scheduled landing time. It’s okay.

They understand you’ll need to get luggage. You’ll get a text from your driver just about the time your flight lands. They ask if you have luggage, tell you to text when you’re ready & where to meet them. Precovid they would meet you as you descended the stairs to the baggage claim area & take you to the carousel for your flight. So they have always factored in the time it takes to get your bags.

I have had the drivers seem annoyed with me for taking too long. They don't seem to factor in the length of the lines at the ladies' rooms. I always think that everyone will stop at the first one they see after getting off the plane, so I move onto the next one, but they all seem to have long lines.

That's my concern too. Being last off the plane, waiting for rollator, potty break, old legs, etc.

I am wondering if anyone knows if Renata still works for them as a driver?
