Tiffany Town Car

Hi all,
It's been 5 years since we have been to WDW and have used Tiffany Towncar as our service to get to the resort before. They were good and reasonable.
Does anyone else use anyone else or had bad experiences with Tiffany that I would want to try someone else?

My ONLY gripe is they only take CASH!

Other than that....great service!

We used them last year and they were great. They picked us up on time and getting us back to the airport on xmas eve was a breeze. I will use them again.

It's not true that they only take cash. We've used them many times and paid via credit card. I just checked their web site and they still take them.

Found their service to be very good.

One thing I really like about them is you don't have to pay via credit card in advance. Some towncar services also require the gratuity to be paid when booking.

I did have to pay the RT fare when I arrived a the resort. Received a receipt and tipped the driver for one way service. Had a different driver on the return and tipped him, as well.

You probably got a driver that was "contracted" to Tiffany. He may not have wanted to fool with going to the Tiffany Towncar office to collect his credit card payment. You should have insisted and he would have taken a credit card.

I got a driver once with Tiffany that took my credit card payment (Diners Club) and called after the trip wanting a Visa or Mastercard. I declined, called Tiffany and they told me to call him back and tell him to get his self into the office to process my original credit card receipt.

We have used Tiffany a number of times and definitely used a credit card. We have found them dependable, on time and they are always courteous drivers.

I've used Tiffany many times. They have always been on time, often early. I was never asked to pay cash.

In total I have met 5 different drivers from this service. All have been courteous and professional. If I needed a town car service for another trip, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They left us stranded to get back to the airport last year. I know it can happen with any company but I wanted to tell you. I did call to confirm and was told everything was good but they did not show. Then when I requested a refund (the Dolphin got us another ride) they had the nerve to want to charge me the one way fare for the trip from the airport! Saying we only went one way, well yes since you forgot us! I won't be using them again.

We have used them 3 times and plan to use them again this summer. We have always had great service. Ask for Sam, he is a great driver.

No I'd had this very same issue with at least 2 diff drivers. I more or less told them they took my cc or I was calling office as I'd verified they took cc before I booked transfers. And i personally don't carry upwards of 300.00 cash on me.

We used them on our first trip in 2003. They were dependable but the towncar we got smelled like someone spend the last 12 hours smoking in the car and then sprayed air freshener to try and get the smell out. It didn't work.

We've used them on our last 3 trips.... we always request the same driver and he's always prompt and very courteous My DH actually looks forward to the drive to chat with our driver We'll be using them again in August
