Just back from a week at the World (
Gail!), and used Tiffany Towncar service to get from the airport to Pop Century. Jerry was waiting for me at the bottom of the escalator by baggage claim - he did seem a bit surprised when I approached him, though, because he'd been told he was picking up "Michael" and I don't look much like a Mike.
Very nice, very friendly, and very polite - no complaints about him whatsoever. (He got a very good tip.)
However, I just checked my credit card statement online, and they've charged me twice for the one-way fare. Once when I called the day before my trip (to confirm the pickup and go ahead and charge my card so I wouldn't have to worry about it on arrival day) and then again a couple of days later. I'm not too concerned, because I know if I call them and don't get the right response, my credit card issuer will take care of it, but it's annoying. I guess the lesson is, don't call ahead??
