I filled out the reservation form for Tiffany Town Car yesterday, and I noticed there was no option to choose a grocery stop. When do we schedule this? We're going tomorrow, so should I just call the company and let them know we'd like to stop along the way?

Thanks!

I wrote it in the comments section, when I filled out the online reservation form. I would definitely call them and tell them you want the grocery stop. I'm not sure if it's something they do for everyone, or if you have to request it, but I would call to be sure. Have a great time! :D

Definately send and e-mail and make sure they know you want a grocery stop. It must be requested ahead of time. The drivers need to leave enough time in their scheduling for the extra time. I also tip extra on that leg of the trip knowing that the driver may possibly miss another fare due to our stop.

I have heard cases where the driver could not do the stop if it wasn't scheduled as he would be late for his next pick up.

I would skip the email and just phone them. I love Tiffany and use them but they have never responded to my email questions. It may be too late at this stage but it's worth a shot.

I called this afternoon, and the guy said that if we are taking a quick grocery stop (like, not stocking our entire pantry), then it'll be fine.

We just want to get bottled water and breakfast stuff, so we should be good.
