I emailed Tiffany reagarding my confirmation and to ask about luggage capacity they were great in reply to the luggage question, I got a reply within an hour or less. BUT they completely ignored my request for them to confirm the details (arrival, destination etc) of my reservation. Their originial confirmation only gives me the date of our arrival (in the subject) a Reservation #. Has anyone else had trouble getting them to confirm the information?? Am I asking too much??
 
Hmm ... maybe they just missed that part of your e-mail ... Why not give them a call and speak with them directly? That way there's no misunderstanding. I've called them before and they're really helpful, they confirmed all my details and gave me the name of my driver.

Maybe but, I asked in each of three emails that were sent yesterday. I asked VIA email because I like to have things "in writting." I will give them to the end of the day, then I will email them again.
