I am a ticket broker and I list tickets on TicketsNow. TicketsNow is generally more expensive than StubHub, as they only allow very qualified brokers to list on the site. StubHub allows fans and brokers alike, so the competition drives down the price. When you buy tickets on TicketsNow you aren't buying from one specific company, rather the random company who holds those specific seats will fulfill that sale.
If you are looking for the absolute cheapest seats, then eBay is usually the way to go, although you may not get the best seats or a great experience that way. StubHub is the best way to go imho, you get a lot better protection for your tickets than eBay or TN, and the prices and selection are great.
